I am so glad that Chloe‘s auto repair in Roswell is so close to us! We started using Goodyear in the same location in 2002 and when they sold to Chloe‘s they got the right experts to take their spot! They are always available to us and communicate beautifully about exactly what’s going on no matter how severe or simple. The issue is that we’re having. Their staff is courteous and kind whether we’re in the office or speaking to the experts under the hood. I highly recommend them and we trust them implicitly!

A Spring broke on the door of my son‘s wheelchair van. The repair had to be made immediately because he’s completely dependent upon this vehicle for his transportation. The team at Chloe‘s fixed it very quickly. This was consistent with our experience of this shop. They are quick, resourceful, and easy to do business with. Strongly recommend Chloe‘s auto shop.

Service was great, communication was prompt and they did a good job explaining things to me so that I knew all the details. It's one of the few times that, as an older woman, I felt well informed and respected while getting my car serviced. No one talked down to me, and they answered all my questions ensuring I understood. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and always keep me up to date on upcoming service so I can plan it in my budget. Well done and I would highly recommend.

I came here to repair my driver’s side window that stopped working. The cause of the problem was misdiagnosed more than once. After dropping my car off for two days they informed me that I got the wrong part and I had to wait for the right part to arrive. I had a family member’s car to drive while they were out of town and coordinated it so I could drop it off and they would have time to make sure it was good to go. They called 4 separate times to ask me what window it was even though I had already tried to get it repaired when it was first dropped off. When it was finally ready to be picked up this second time, the ‘repaired window’ was broken after a few weeks and I had to take it back. To make matters worse, the back of my car was scratched by their garage door. Someone obviously closed the garage door and scratched the heck out of the car and they just tried to rub it off when I pointed to it. When that didn’t work they said they would ‘review surveillance footage to see how it happened’. I obviously never heard back from them. Additionally, they messed up my radio during the repair. Friendly and helpful autoshop. Went to get my AC looked at since it was blowing hot and they said they were going to start with the quick, easy, and cheap option and then go from there. About 1 hour and 10% of what i was fearing I would have to pay later and my AC was good as new. They offered me to call back for a free quote to get the system replaced if I ended up wanting to as well. Not the most important part if an auto shop but the inside was very clean and comfortable, which isn't too usual for these kind of places.
